Directions for shuttle pick up location at airport were wrong. At 1 AM, the last thing I wanted to do was drag my 2 sleepy kids and luggage all over YUL. Additionally, I received no response from hotel when I sent several messages regarding delayed flight, accessible room, bed configuration, etc. ...

friendly and efficient staff, nice overnight stay. Shuttle was on schedule. Perfect for transitting YUL. Room needs update, the office chair was worn and the bathroom sink was crank. Other than that it was good. Breakfast was simple but good
