"Clean and spacious"

"One of my favorite hotels in NYC! The staff is so nice, the hotel is clean with many elevators. The rooms are spacious too which is a major plus staying in NYC!"

"El Hotel está muy bien ubicado. Habitaciones muy limpias y silenciosas. Tiene un pequeño bar pero atiende un señor que te brinda una excelente experiencia. Pedí transporte al aeropuerto desde el counter y me dieron un servicio cinco estrellas a un precio mucho más barato que otras opciones de transporte. Todo muy bien. Cuenta con una mini tienda con cosas básicas las 24 horas."

"The staff was able to tell me where MSG was."

"Good"

"You have to bring and prepare everything yourself, as there are no amenities or equipment provided."

"Excellent location, wonderful breakfast buffet, friendly staff"

"Friendly staff, great location & clean room❤️"

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."

"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"

"Great night shift staff, they are friendly and willing to help. "

"Amazing location. Stayed here a few years ago, and was a little disappointed to see the rooms in poor shape, and feeling dirty. Things are feeling outdated and reaching their useful lifespan on property. No water or towels inside the hotel gym was also disappointing during the stay. We really appreciated the value and low price stay, but it wasn’t as comfortable as it was a few years prior."
