Great deal. Check in was a bit confusing as it is not at the front desk, you need to go around the corner to the business centre to check in and out. Otherwise great space, super comfy bed and linen. Had to ask for more water, but they were quick to sort. Nice pool area, friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet which I ate are plentiful and delicious. This hotel is directly across from the Ayala Mall.

Our stay was very nice the suit we had accommodated our family very well. Everything worked well in the room and the kitchen was very nice. Very close to ayala mall. We would definitely stay there again. And one more thing the breakfast buffet is so awesome it has Everything you can think of on it and the staff everywhere there are the best and very helpful.

Didn't like the 3pm checkin or the 11am checkout. The TV in our was old and not working properly. The bathroom looked dated. The living room couch was much to low. The unit had lots of space which was very nice.

Quest hotel is the best hotel!

This is our first time to book at Quest Serviced Residences and we are glad that we decided to stay here. The location is accessible, the room is tidy, and the buffet breakfast is great! I would also like to commend the staff-- they are accommodating, friendly, and always full of energy. I would like to specially mention Jo, Carmel, and Kier-- they are really wonderful and made our checking in a hassle-free experience. They are also friendly and full of energy, and answered all my questions readily. Their warm attitude really added to my very good impression of Quest Hotel. We will always book here whenever we go to Cebu! Thank you so much for the excellent experience, Quest!

The staff were very friendly and really tried to help. Our hot water was not working, and they came up to fix it, but they only have so much to work with. It only worked for a few minutes. There were multiple cockroaches, but having travelled in South east Asia, that is kind of par for the course, but I am not sure if would be rated a 4 star. Probably more 2-3 star. The breakfast was very good, and the place was child friendly.

Everything was good except that I think the building needs pest control. Small cockroaches are visible in the kitchen. I was not comfortable using any of the kitchen utensils because of it. I was not sure if they migrate to the other area of the apartment because they are too small. It was mentioned on one of the reviews but I thought it was just an overly disappointed customer. Otherwise, the room was well dusted as requested. Easy access to Ayala shopping mall and walking distance to restaurants in the area.

Great place but lacking on many minor things.

Spacious and generally clean, except for some cockroaches from the plumbing system. They did not also provide dishwashing detergent and cloth rags for cleaning. Towels were limited to bath towel, with no extra for face and hand. They provided 2 keys for the room but only one for the elevator, rendering the other room key useless.

Good: Location next to the mall was ideal. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Arranged a great tour and were always extremely welcoming. Pool and gym ideal for what i needed. Not good- only one bathroom had hot water in 2 br suite. No cable working. Would of been nice-to watch tv at end of day. Called the engineers, but stayed in residences and in two rooms no cable.

HORRIBLE- Management smiles, says "yes sir"... and never fixes the numerous problems broken microwave, no utensils, tv one channel, dozen that don't work, shower and bidet leak, water always in bath floor.
