"Really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the historic center and all the festive Christmas markets. My room was spotless, modern, and bigger than expected. The buffet breakfast was a highlight with plenty of choices, both hot and cold. Staff were friendly and everything felt well cared for. "Arrived around 11pm, they was no staff member on site but the have a very clear telephone number on the door and the staff member helped straight away over the phone. "The property seemed to be in the middle of construction/remodel. The apartment itself was spacious but was unfinished. The space under the tub was untitled, the floors in the door frame were missing separators, and most importantly, there were no window coverings on any of the windows, nor was there a shower curtain or door. It felt like we were given a room that was close but just not quite finished. Also, we were on the 6th floor but the elevator only went up to 5. Better than nothing! If...

"From checking in to leaving after spending Christmas in the Grand Palace was excellent and I would have no problem in recommending this hotel to anyone. We had a Loft Room on the 5th Floor, this was spacious and also had a Water Jet Bath, Nespresso Machine, Mini Bar and Chocolates curtesy of the management. From start to finish the staff at the hotel stood out as exceptional. From Katarina on Reception (my Honey Sweet partner) to Jaroslav and Andre in the Lobby Bar / Restaurant to Ameliia Hosting the Breakfasts which were amazing in the mornings. Would I stay at this hotel on my next trip to Brno, without a shadow of doubt :-)"
