Leider haben wir eine Grand Suite bekommen, die keinen Balkon hatte und wo sich die Fenster nur einen Spalt öffnen liessen. Eine Änderung von seiten des Hotels war trotz mehrfacher Rückfragen nicht möglich, da die Suite mit Balkon bereits vergeben war."

Pretty rude staff wouldn’t change your alter and just saying I will just take it off the bill at the end. That wasn’t the answer what the answer I wanted was I’m sure your room isn’t available, but we can upgrade you to Different room, ordered two £40 steaks meals most of it was Fat with about eight chips overall we won’t be coming back really underrated for what you"

"We had a lovely nights stay at The Bell Inn. Room was comfortable and a good size, staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they were out of Roast Dinners on the evening we were there but there was plenty of other choices on the menu. The portion sizes were very good and the food lovely. There's a good breakfast choice, of continental and cooked options. The place is great for walking into the town or out along the canal. There is a carpark on site or free places just along the next street...
