"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. It’s a great spot to catch some late October sunshine, with a relaxed atmosphere, fantastic staff and some really good food. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice to suit everyone, and the poolside lunch menu was equally enjoyable. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay – friendly, attentive and always happy to help. They really are a credit to the hotel. There are, however, a couple of things worth considering before...

"Für die vielen Gäste die täglich versorgt werden machen alle einen hervorragenden Job. Den Zimmern merkt man ein wenig an das ein reger Durchgangsverkehr herrscht"

"Amazing stay at Obal hotel! - honestly could not fault a thing and cannot recommend enough! - great location, lovely staff, super clean facilities. We will stay again here!"

"I don’t think this is 4 star hotel. Specially the elevator is already crowed with tourists , who liked to go to 4 th floor to the view. It’s very noisy and no security for the guests. The room is spacious, but dark and cold. I see a lot of short cuts, including breakfast, room etc, every thing seems on budget. Will I stay here again ? Never !"

"Rooms are spacious but the noise isolation from the highway is not sufficient to spend a good night. I thought the hotel would be closer to the hotel, by foot or bus, but it's not. And there is no shuttle, so you have to take a taxi. The staff originally gave us the wrong room, and it's always a bit frustrating to have to go back to the frontdesk."

"We stayed one night, and it was terrible. There were no signs explaining how to access the garage or that it opened with a button. Reception told me to park first, then return with our luggage to check in. Following their instructions, we found a group of 80+ tourists ahead of us and waited 40 minutes. Our room was unacceptable. The bathroom floor was so dirty I wiped white residue off with my finger. The glass shower door was chipped and unsafe, the seals had mold, the towel bar fell off...

"We had a great stay. The room was spacious for a city hotel and given the temperatures outside the air conditioning was excellent. Easy walking distance to amenities and access to Old Town plus public transport. Breakfast was great!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They had exceptional service and hospitality. The breakfast was excellent. Would 100% come back to this place if we were to visit Torremolinos."
