Really lovely hotel, but either busier than expected or under staffed. Food was excellent generally, but dont order the lasagne. Well cooked beef and pasta but no bechamel and no tomatoes: weird. 7/10 overall as it simply didn't justify the high price for the room and whilst the service was courteous, food delivery was too slow.

Lovely property and I would return. The only negative was the check-in process. Apparently I walked in right behind a large group and the process was slow. My sense is that they do a lot of weddings and events. We ate at the restaurant outside and also enjoyed the buffet breakfast- both were great.

This was my third or fourth stay at this hotel, and I returned because my previous experiences had always been excellent. This was my first visit during high season, however, and unfortunately it wasn’t quite the same. Be careful when booking a “Garden View” room. Mine had no real garden view, it faced the white walls of surrounding buildings, with barely any sky visible, making the room very dark. The terrace only had a tiny planted area with a few cacti. The staff were very helpful and offered me a good rate to upgrade, which I really appreciated. The new room was much better, but unfortunately the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, with quite a lot of hair from the previous guest around the sink and on the floor. This was the first time I had such an experience here, so perhaps it was simply due to the very busy season. Overall, it is still a beautiful, peaceful hotel with a fantastic pool, great facilities, delicious food, beautiful views, and genuinely friendly and helpful staff.
