Located in Ronda, Catalonia Ronda is in the city center. Conrad Winery and Cortijo Los Aguilares Winery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Reservatauro Ronda and Cueva del Gato.
Near Puente Nuevo Bridge, Catalonia Ronda provides a rooftop terrace, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a bar. Treat yourself to a body wrap, a massage, or a facial at Catalonia Spa, the onsite spa. The on-site international cuisine restaurant, Panorámico, offers lunch and dinner. In addition to a gym and a sauna, guests can connect to free in-room WiFi.
All 80 rooms have comforts such as laptop-compatible safes and air conditioning, in addition to thoughtful touches like free WiFi and bathrobes. Guest reviews speak positively of the spacious rooms at the property.
The property was in a great location with parking to check in just across the street at the bull fighting arena. Overall it was in good shape and clean for a building in the historic district. My primary complaint is check in and check out took far to long as they seem to be short staffed.
We stayed in the Junior Suite room 202 and absolutely loved the four balconies overlooking the city and bull fighting arena. We liked the modern rainfall shower, however the drain in the shower was typical European and did not drain as quickly as desired but not an issue overall. Unbeatable views and spacious room. Definitely get the upgraded junior suite. Too cold to use the pool in April though it looked amazing.
Lovely property and recently renovated. Rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Right next to the old bull fighting arena, we were just there to mostly see Puente Viejo, which is about a 3 minute walk.
The hotel is in a great spot and is just lovely. Enjoying a drink in the evening in the terrace bar overlooking the bull ring is just superb.
Of all the hotels we have travelled to, I think the breakfast that is provided by this hotel is the best I have ever experienced.
I cannot recomment this hotel too highly
This is a lovely boutique hotel in the middle of where you want to be in Ronda. Rooms are clean and modern and the roof top restaurant is lovely with gorgeous views. I hope to return to Ronda and to the Catalonia Ronda.
