"Did not get to use the workout and pool areas. Great location to launch in London. Comfy sleeping for two, small but useful living and kitchenette areas to start and end days. Nice towels and toiletries. Did not use the bar and dining areas but they were both nice. Courtesy umbrellas in the lobby for the use during the day. All around lovely experience!"

"The staff were welcoming when we arrived and allowed is to leave our cases before checking time. The room was clean and had complimentary water and biscuits on arrival. We received free drinks voucher to use in the bar as we booked direct. The breakfast had a good selection of cooked and continental and also a fresh omelette making station which was delicious. Close to underground and bus routes. Would definitely stay again"

"Booked a room with 2 single beds and was given a room with 1 bed and even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door we had 3 occasions where staff freely walked in the room of a morning 1 yesterday and 2 times this morning"

"The room was very clean, and the staff helpful. It was good to have water and snack cookies provided, and one staff member was very good about storing an item in the bar fridge for me. The elevator was very small and felt a bit tenuous at times. The room was large, though, and the bathroom too. The staff seemed to be worked a lot, perhaps working at the hotel across the street as well?"
