"A basic hotel. The neighborhood has nothing to offer and it doesn’t feel safe. The only plus is the parking"

"La mia stanza aveva il bagno da ristrutturare e la tv non funzionava…insomma per una notte, quello che chiedono non è proprio da location a 4 stelle"

"No issues!"

"Extremely disappointing experience. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed the room was dirty, with stains throughout the carpet, hair in the shower, and a strong musty smell. "It was a beautiful place to stay near the waterfront! A lot is close to you, so it’s a huge convenience. The staff was absolutely incredible and so welcoming"

"Loved the location. We enjoyed snacks and drinks next to the gorgeous pool. Gorgeous sunsets over the sea. The staff were super helpful. We loved that we could walk to Herculaneum. Highly recommend!"

"I loved how clean and big the property is. Has a great workspace, rooms are spacious and clean at all times."

"The hotel is in a great location overlooking a green piazza. The cleaning staff do an excellent job and the room was spotless. Rooms are airy and spacious if a little dated. Our experience was marred by one rude member of staff. Rather than trying to help and respond to the most reasonable requests she made us feel as if we were bothering her. Everything was just too much trouble. We visit Caserta regulalry and stay and the Cavilieri. This time was the last. Such a shame for one person to let...
