The Angel Hotel
The staff were very friendly, and upgraded us to a castle view room on arrival which was kind. The room was spacious, with a heated towel rack in the bathroom. Lots of little touches that made our stay here very enjoyable.

Cardiff Marriott Hotel
The staff as always were extremely friendly and helpful, we mentioned it was our wedding anniversary and we went out after checking in and when we came back they had left a card, a bar of chocolate and a bottle of wine in our room! What a lovey gesture, excellent t customer service!
