"Unfortunately, this was an extremely poor check-in experience. The two staff members we dealt with were unhelpful and dismissive, and they did not take the time to properly listen to either myself or my colleague. The interaction became uncomfortable, as their tone and approach came across as unnecessarily aggressive. I would expect a much higher level of professionalism."

"Nice hotel in a lively area of the city. Five minutes walk from both the train station and castle. On the doorstep of many bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and comfortable and cleaned well every day. Breakfast was good, pastries and fruit alongside cereals and hot food. The bar didn't have any snacks available and was cash o ly but I got the impression that was temporary due to equipment failure. Would stay again!"

"Very convenient for the train station and centre of Cardiff. Hotel was very modern and clean. Room was slightly small but plenty big enough for one night. Staff at check in were great. Would definitely use them again. "
