"The property is good for the price, a cheap option - the door codes and keys were simple to use once i got the codes from the owner. its a bit out of the way - not much around the area - other than the DLR station at Star Lane.
Would recommend if your on a budget. "

"The mattress was so old you could see the dents on both sides from people laying there. The pillows were not of a good quality and the night of sleep was poor. The carpet also old and did not appear very clean. Same with the bathmat in the bathroom. There was ground coffee, but the machine was only for capsules and no capsules were provided. "

"Maybe we expected more for a big football club like Chelsea- disappointed. Carpet in the foyer is visibly disgusting and the reception (being renovated) needs a good upgrade- by the time we found the makeshift reception in the building across I was ready to leave before we checked in.
Looks old and run down- staff were good once we found where they were. Breakfast was ok. "

"The location was so central. Right in the centre of London. Close to everything theatres shops and the best restaurants. The hotel is basic ie no windows and small rooms but hey I never go to London to sit in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ toilet was spotless and efficient.
