"Sparkling clean room, pool deck, halls , even the parade. The desk staff were consistently pleasant and ready to help. Their service is notable. A great stay."

"The rooms are kept clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly and professional…we had the pleasure of dealing with Anna. The included breakfast is on par with other hotels. The breakfast room staff are visible as they ensure the items remain stocked and the room is constantly being kept clean. The breakfast staff also pleasantly surprised us by going above and beyond to ensure my wife was comfortable eating all three mornings of our stay. The one minor exception was the small maintenance...

"We had a very nice & spacious 1 bedroom suite. The fireplace was a nice touch"

"The hotel was very charming, and quiet. They had a very tasty breakfast bag you had to preorder and they also had coffee, tea and water available 24/7! The lobby was very cozy with a real fire place to sit in front of listen to the crackling. The only thing we were slightly disappointed with was the complimentary wine was only available on Friday-Sunday, even though it said daily. Not sure if it’s because it’s off season or not."

"Good staff."

"I do not have any other local hotels to base this on as was first time in Canmore. This is an amazing property! After hiking all day in -10 degree weather the hot tubs outside surrounded by mountains was breathtaking! The Stirling restaurant was everything we hoped for. Food staff were excellent and price was good! Had a wonderful stay here!"

"Everything was lovely"

"Always love staying at the base camp locations, beautiful rooms and location."

"We enjoyed tha British neo Tudor style and ambience and the pub. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our spa bedroom was a delight but might benefit from some net curtains and two bedside reading lamps."
