"비행기가 연착돼서 밤 늦게 도착했는데, 체크인 방법을 몰라서 헤맸어요. 제공된 전화번호로 여러번 번화했지만 전화도 안 받았고요. 액세스 코드가 호텔스닷컴 메시지로 왔는데, 그걸 늦게 봐서 30분을 숙소에 못 들어갔어요. 액세스 코드를 이메일로 보내줬으면 더 빨리 확인이 가능했을 것 같아요."

"Loved the outdoor pool and hot tub as well as heated underground parking"

"I had a fantastic three nights stay at Everwild Canmore! I stayed in a Superior King room with spa included. The room was spacious with amazing mountain views and high vaulted ceilings. The TV had Chromecast meaning I could stream YouTube, Netflix. There was a complimentary shuttle into Canmore and back to the hotel. In the lobby there was a photobooth which provided digital copies the photos taken. The spa included option provided access for each day of my trip meaning that I got a total of...

"Room got cleaned by once during our 6 night stay. Floors were not clean and it just didn’t get cleaned. Hot tub didn’t have jets, they were out of service. Drains were plugging. Decent place but needs some upkeep and definitely fix the room cleaning issue. Staff was okay - not really helpful."

"We stayed an extra night did not want to leave this place"

"This was one of the best places I have ever stayed.....Staff was absolutely awesome, the property is very well maintained. The food was excellent, waiters and waitresses could not have been more helpful. The price was more than right!! Would recommend to anyone going to Canmore!!!"

"We had a very nice & spacious 1 bedroom suite. The fireplace was a nice touch"

"Le stationnement est conçu pour des petites voitures malheureusement!"

"The King room was too small for the bed, mattress was completely worn out, could hardly sleep on it, there were food crumbs under the table from last guests, the closet doors were broken could not open. We checked out after first night, paid extra for cancellation with Expedia but property owner would not honour it and charged us for the 2nd night. Do not recommend this property at any price level, the customer is clearly not important to them."

"Upon check in the code sent to me didn’t work in the door. After I got into my room with a hard key from the desk my washroom needed to be cleaned and when having a shower noticed the blinds in the washroom were in need of cleaning as well."

"The shower could use a refresh on the tile or some better cleaners but other than that we enjoyed our stay and everything else was clean! The sauna was wonderful and we loved the outdoor hot tub and jets."

"Good staff."
