"비행기가 연착돼서 밤 늦게 도착했는데, 체크인 방법을 몰라서 헤맸어요. 제공된 전화번호로 여러번 번화했지만 전화도 안 받았고요. 액세스 코드가 호텔스닷컴 메시지로 왔는데, 그걸 늦게 봐서 30분을 숙소에 못 들어갔어요. 액세스 코드를 이메일로 보내줬으면 더 빨리 확인이 가능했을 것 같아요."

"The royal room was very noisy as there is a unit outside window that ran all night and was very loud hard to sleep. Also suggest blackout blinds in both rooms."

"Awesome spot and amenities."

"Staff always helpful and offered above and beyond. Our room was lovely but because we were at the far end of the hallway it took an excessive amount of time to get hot water."

"Room got cleaned by once during our 6 night stay. Floors were not clean and it just didn’t get cleaned. Hot tub didn’t have jets, they were out of service. Drains were plugging. Decent place but needs some upkeep and definitely fix the room cleaning issue. Staff was okay - not really helpful."

"Beautiful little place, excellent service and great rooms."

"Good solid breakfast. Quick to go to Banff. Couple fast food places to eat right beside."

"The room"

"Le stationnement est conçu pour des petites voitures malheureusement!"

"We had a very nice & spacious 1 bedroom suite. The fireplace was a nice touch"

"The check in-process was less than ideal, there were some issues online validating our cards which led to an off-site check in at a separate hotel (there are no staff on-site). HOWEVER. The saving grace of the experience was our experience with Morgan. She was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure everything got sorted out (including walking back to the hotel on three separate occasions). Give her a raise. The location was incredible and without a doubt the best value...

"It was truly a pleasure to stay here. The suite was incredibly large with a full kitchen, and in-suite laundry. Staff was excellent. The Wild Orchid restaraunt on site is amazing. Would recommend highly."

"Shout to mucgle"

"Good staff."

"Clean, Full of Equipment, Very good location, Fast check in/out and good beding."
