Amazing all inclusive resort and very clean with beautiful rooms, rainfall shower, and jacuzzi in the patio. The staff was very friendly and helpful and there were many choices of pools, restaurants, and activities for kids. The only drawback is that we were there during the time there is more seaweed on the beach but it was pleasantly warm ocean water. The beach water is also less turquoise compared to the beach at Isla mujeres, playa Norte. However, our overall experience at this resort exceeded our expectations and we would be very happy to return there.

Great resort the food was pretty good overall. A bit of wait with the “first come first serve”, but the quality of food makes up for it. Customer service was great. My only complaint is that my room did not have hot water for 3 mornings back to back, also I’m not sure why they took away irons and ironing board from the rooms, steamers are not as efficient. Also check out was out 12 and I was a few minutes over and was being rushed out and reminded of a 50$ fee for one hour over.

It was a clean and beautiful hotel and an easy vacation for all ages. There are fun activities during the day (Pictionary and bingo by the pool were a highlight!) and family events at night. The staff was very helpful and restaurants were easy to get into most nights.

We traveled to this resort with a group and booked two rooms. For half of our stay, we were upgraded to Preferred Club, which was a nice bonus. Overall, this is one of the nicest resorts we've stayed at in Cancun. The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had gorgeous views. Our only real disappointment was the food. It was very hit or miss, and the buffet was probably our least favorite of any all-inclusive we've visited. The desserts, in particular, were unusual and generally not very appealing at any of the restaurants. We had kids ranging from 5 to 13 years old with us, and they all had an amazing time. There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained throughout the trip. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. If the food were improved, this resort would be hard to beat. We'd definitely consider coming back.

Yes - there is some distance to the ocean, but you can see it. We had a beautiful room close to the beach. Our room was ground level, so obviously not the sweeping views you would get being higher up.

Pros: pools are nice, bartenders give good service, rooms are large and clean, easy for kids to eat whenever they want. The beach is actually very nice with cabanas for shade and good service from The bartenders. Long and difficult check in, food is not great at all, drinks never taste that good. Long waits for eating dinner bc you can’t make a reservation so be prepared to show up early and wait for very mediocre food.
