The bed was unbelievably hard, to the point where I couldn’t wait for it to be morning and I didn’t have to sleep anymore. Also the wifi was super slow and could not be on the wifi while my husband and 2 sons were on it. The positives were that the staff were nice and the restaurant there was very good for dinner. I’m sorry but I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Our room at Cancun Plaza was at one of the most convenient spot. Oxxo is very near. Beach is attached and no crowd at all. Other expensive hotel has very crowded beach. Also, the food of the attached restaurant was really good and at reasonable price.
