"We loved staying at this hotel in Toulouse! Our room was beautifully designed with great amenities and the location allowed us to walk all around the historic center of Toulouse. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though our room faced the street, it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The best part about our stay were the fabulous breakfasts! There was a huge selection of high quality food offered. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great staff! Book parking early since there are only 20 unground spots for the hotel."

The only form to fill in for breakfast had already been used by the previous...

I knew nothing of Mama Shelter before staying at this property, but I'll definitely stay at other "Mama's" Great location close to everything and the buzz of the City, yet the rooms were quiet. Amenities: Great breakfast buffet. I should have included it for all days...next time. Fitness facilities: There are none. Come on Mama, get with the wellness program. Restaurant: Just hopping and buzzing at night, and cafe loungey during the day allowing you to do...

"We had a lovely stay! The location is perfect, right next to Place du Capitole and within walking distance of everything. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were so friendly. Special thanks to Valentin, who made us feel so welcome and went out of his way to answer all our questions. He really made a difference in our stay! We’d happily come back and definitely recommend this hotel."
