"Front desk staff as well breakfast staff were AMAZING. Location location location It may be a small hotel and as you come in may feel discouraged (by the extent of the hotel) nevertheless, location warmth and knowledge of staff at arrival and during breakfast is undoubtedly a gem. Yes, rooms could be modern, they are traditionally Roman, nevertheless they have everything you may need. Have stayed at other locations and by far, price, service and location win."

"Staff was friendly, however getting to the room was not convenient as we were escorted around two blocks away from the check in lobby. The room was quant, and the amenities were not terrible. There was a shared lounging area outside of the room that other guests were able to use. Overall, OK to visit if you want to be in the Piazza di Spagne area. "

"The property is very clean. The breakfast menu offers a typical Italian selection. Special requests are available but at a fee. The property is small. Only around twenty rooms varying in size, so very quiet. The location is ideal if you like to walk. Most of the sites are close. The farthest would be the Vatican, around a pleasant 40 minute walk. The Colosseum and the Forums are about 30 minutes, with the Trevi Fountain along the route. The Spanish Steps are just around the corner. Lots of food choices down every street. We love it. The staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. We've stayed there 3 times and have not had a bad experience. 5 stars all around."

"The hotel is in a great location - can walk to all sights easily. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Has an elevator. Check in was very quick and seamless. My only issue was the noise. Our room was located over the restaurant and next to other restaurants. The staff would drag the tables and chairs in and out every morning and night and it would wake us up very early and I was unable to fall asleep until after they were put away. Can hear everything on the street. I think if I would have had ear plugs would have been ok. If noise doesn’t bother you, the hotel is perfect. Breakfast was small buffet - eggs, cheese, potatoes, bread, pastries."
