Albergo orribile, dovrebbe essere 3 stelle ma forse mezza stella sarebbe già troppo. Stanza piccola, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti ma orribili, letto con materesso del dopoguerra scomodissimo. Bagno orribile e sporco, rubinetteria incrostata, in 2 in bagno non ci si sta. Personale inesistente, in reception non c'è mai nessuno solo al check in. Parcheggio inesistente, si deve cercarlo in giro per il paese, si è in zona ZTL e non viene detto, xciò quando si arriva si deve diventare pazzi per provare ad avvicinarsi con l'auto, al check in viene fatto il pass x la ZTL ma il parcheggio non esiste. Colazione non la fanno (hotel 3 stelle), ti dice che se vuoi ci sono i bar sotto l'hotel! In camera dovevamo avere una scrivania e non c'era! Questo albergo non vale nemmeno 1 euro dei soldi che ho speso! Non c'è comunicazione, se provi a chiamare al cellulare non ti risponde mai nessuno e non ti richiama!!! Polvere in tutta la stanza e odore orribile, fumano alla reception con la finestra aperta!! Una vergogna! Non c'è nemmeno una macchinetta x prendersi dell'acqua! Sono stata con marito e figlio x 4 notti, sono rimasta solo xké avevo già pagato! Uno schifo tutto, solo disagio, non è possibile dover girare a cercare parcheggio a mezzanotte x 40 minuti! Mi chiedo come possa essere classificato 3 stelle e come possa essere ancora aperto! Vergogna!

Booked the hotel at 20.15. Once we got to the hotel we read the fine print that checkin was untill 20.00 and we should call to checkin later. Why can you book an hotel for the same day after checkin time? After calling an reaching hotel staff they were very rude, hanging up the phone and telling us no room is available while we had booked a room. Avoid this hotel.

Great hotel

Fantastic little hotel. Campi Bisenzio is about 30 mins from city centre but we enjoyed being away from the quite touristy city centre. Really friendly staff. Nice local restaurants in area.

Un buon soggiorno a pochi minuti da Firenze

Vorrei esprimere i miei giudizi positivi su questo Hotel in quanto abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti nel week end. La cortesia della reception è stata gradevole perché hanno avuto la pazienza di aspettare fino alle 22.00 per il check in che terminava alle 20.00. L'aspetto dell'hotel è gradevole, camere pulite ogni giorno, servizi aggiuntivi come descritti nel momento della scelta su internet. Possibilità di richiedere (se è possibile) servizi aggiuntivi chiamando o compilando il form durante la prenotazione. Colazione a pagamento ma non obbligatoria, ma divertente giusto per scambiare due chiacchere coni proprietari alla mano ma professionali. Camere dall'arredamento non all'ultimo modello ma comunque confortevole e utili per chi deve sostare per i suoi viaggi di affari o di piacere. Reception fornita di guide, mappe, biglietti da visita di locali affiliati da poter visitare e conoscenza del luogo (da parte dello staff) per consigli su come muoversi sul posto: parcheggi, ristoranti, luoghi da visitare ecc.

Albergo in centro a Campi Bisenzio

Personale molto cordiale, albergo pulito e sempre disponibile. Struttura un po' vecchia ma decorosa, unica pecca il materasso non comodissimo a causa delle molle. Consigliato per brevi soggiorni.

Uma ótima localização para quem não quer entrar de carro em Florença! Tem um ônibus q passa seguido e deixa no centro. Um ótimo atendimento é lugar sossegado para descansar!

More than 45 minutes by bus from Florence central

Smelled of nicotine that was stale. Management could not converse in English not even a few words so made all transactions difficult until I could use the free WiFi to construct sent eves in Italian on an Itranslate app. Room was situated next to lobby with poor sound proofing so was woken each day very early and TV blaring late at night. The bath room was very crowded with a loose basin on a pedestal and a bidet and a shower right next to it less than four feet wide and six feet long making having a shower difficult. Everything was functional but at a basic level.

雖然離佛羅倫斯有點小遠，但是個不錯的住宿選擇。

訂完這房間後，我對於其他評論說「英文支援度」不足這點很在意。但剛好下午去遇到的櫃檯是支援英文的，當然晚上回去之後，換了一位櫃檯很明顯他就不太會英文，不過態度也沒有其他評論說的那麼差。飯店內的網路速度很快。如果你不介意這裡其實離佛羅倫斯有將近半小時的公車路程，這算個不錯的住宿地點。周六的時候這邊還會有市集，可以順便體會一下當地人的生活。
