"Location was good, for an all inclusive the food exceeded expectations. Property was well maintained. Staff was friendly however the couple of times we needed to reach the front desk, it was impossible to get someone to answer. There is limited space by the pool to snag a lounge chair. We would go down for breakfast early and people would already have towels and personal belongings “holding” chairs, but wouldn’t come down until noon to actually use them. The staff didn’t discourage this. We ended up renting cabanas which was great, because we didn’t want to jockey for position, however the staff needs to have a clear directive on how to handle guests who exercise this behavior. We had a nice vacation, but wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again."

"We really enjoyed the newly renovated rooms. Only suggestion would be that the showers have somewhere other than the floor to put bath products. They needed to have a shelf in the bathroom. The property was clean and the staff was very friendly. We really enjoyed our time and would go back. In the future we would like to be able to reserve our restaurants in advance we couldn't do that in advance because we didn't have our room number to do it online prior to arrival. We had to eat at the buffett most days since the reservations were mostly booked up before our arrival."

"Resort was nice, the upgraded elite club package was a complete waste of money, all it got you was a pool with no pool chairs or shallow parts and a restaurant that had the same menu as their steakhouse pretty much. Resort had a major red ant problem. Definitely not worth the money."

"If the beach is your thing, this isn't the place for you. It is very narrow and rocky and attracts a higher than average amount of seaweed which has a strong odor. The cabanas, which must be rented by the day, take of the edge of 80% of the pool side space."

"Had a garden view this time which was great, we weren't in the room much so the view wasnt that important. This hotel has a beach front position which provides all the view you need"

"Great place. Beach club was great. Service was great everywhere. Food and drinks were expensive but generally good quality."
