"El servicio de room service puede mejorar la opciones para comer y se tardaba mucho y en ocasiones la comida llegaba fria. El servicio de maletas de recogido, fue desatento al final de la estadia. Los buffet tienen opciones, pero en comparación con otros all inclusive, no son las mejores. El personal es muy amable y los hoteles ventus y ventus ha, estan muy lindos. Para disfrutar el hotel y salir a hacer actividades como: Xcaret y Chichen itza, necesitas al menos 7 dias."

"The resort was very nice! Rooms are newly renovated and the staff was very kind. The pools were clean and there’s a pool every 20 feet it felt like which was awesome! Some opportunities they had was they did not have enough bar tenders at each bar so you would have to wait sometimes for 20 to 30 minutes for a drink. One bar tender for 25 people didn’t make sense at all! It just seemed that they were short handed across the entire resort. Another thing I would say was the shuttle service was every 10 minutes and if you missed the shuttle you would need to wait 15 to 20 min for the next one to take you to the lobby or back to your room. I would recommend having multiple shuttles come and going at the same time to limit wait times and make the experience better. Last thing that is very important, the restaurants at the property have a 48 hour wait time before you can reserve them. So for the first two days of your stay you can’t book at a restaurant which I’ve never heard of and I’ve stayed a multiple resorts in Mexico."

"Great personnel, great ammenities and intertainment program - especially the Foam Party on Saturdays! The only slightly negative thing is the quality of in-house wines (included in the all-inclusive plan) which weren't of a good quality, but it wasn't critical. The great word on the draft beers served at all bars and restaurants in this hotel!"

"This resort has excellent food. The rooms are clean, cold, and very nice with comfortable beds. One thing we especially enjoyed was all of the entertainment. It was so much fun hanging out at the main pool during the day and the nightly shows were amazing as well as the bands and DJ that performed after."

"Our stay at the Nickelodeon Resort was absolutely amazing! My children had the time of their lives, and as a parent, that’s all I could ask for. There was always something fun going on—from the water park and character experiences to the activities throughout the day. We were never bored! The staff truly made the experience even better. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and treated us like family. Their hospitality was one of the highlights of our trip. The only downside for us was that some of the experiences and merchandise were surprisingly expensive. I was disappointed that the Pajama Jam required an additional fee. After already spending thousands of dollars on our vacation, I really feel that special family events like that should be included in the all-inclusive experience. I also wanted to buy each of my two children a stuffed animal as a souvenir. They weren’t very large, but when my total came to around $250, I was honestly shocked. Unfortunately, I had to tell my girls we couldn’t get them, which was heartbreaking. The prices outside of the all-inclusive offerings were much higher than I expected. Even with those concerns, we made incredible memories, and my children are already asking when we can come back. If the resort could reconsider the pricing of special events and gift shop items, it would make an already wonderful experience even better."
