"Hotel Basilica was the perfect place for our relaxing week break in Palma. Central and walkable to everything which was easy for exploring the city, catching the train to Sóller and visiting the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were super comfortable and really clean. The pool area is also really nice and a great place to chill in the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Overall the hotel was quiet and we would definitely come stay again."

"Fabulous hotel in a brilliant location. The staff were so helpful and even carried a very heavy case down the stairs to the taxi rank. The hotel is beautiful and the room decor and facilities first rate. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to extract yourself from it. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel."

"Fantastic rooms and amazing location in old town. You’re also able to use the roof top pool and gym at their sister restaurant Nakar a short walk (5mins) away. Great bar for cocktails and really good breakfast, although pastries ran out towards 11am, but our own fault as Palma got the better of us the night before."

"It was quaint and clean with complimentary water. The staff was very professional and friendly and checked on us daily to see if we needed anything. They called cabs for us and recommended great restaurants. We got there early and they took care of our luggage until our room was ready. Breakfast was great!"

"We stayed at the hotel with two young kids in a family room. The staff were super helpful and kind throughout. Breakfast and lunch at the rooftop pool was great. Location wise you’re steps from the beach and minutes walk from Portitxol which we loved. There’s a bus in front of the hotel that takes you in to Palma. You can also walk for 30 mins on a beautiful walk along the water. Plenty of playgrounds, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Would definitely stay here again, especially with kids!"
