We would definitely stay there again. Tip: The bus route does not run along the road next to the hotel. It runs every 10 minutes on the parallel road a short distance away (3-5 minute walk). Goes to / from the water bus terminal… buses A B or C. Very handy and we were able to use our vaporetto 3 day passes on...

"Nice hotel by San Marco. Very clean and staff was very friendly. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the street, but you could see the water from it. We would stay there again. The bathroom had plenty of light for my wife to do her make-up. You do have to take your bags up 1 flight of stairs then there is an Elevator. It is right off the Bus and no bridges from the stop to the hotel."

"Great location! Bed was comfortable, AC worked great. Breakfast was all you need with great service. Only complaints were that the bathroom just had a shower curtain with a drain. Flooded the bathroom every time we showered, and it was a little noisy from the restaurants below the hotel. Overall great stay!"
