"Nice clean room , staff are friendly"

"The hotel is located in a business area of Jakarta. The Gran Indonesia mall is 100 meters away so you can find food, supermarket, coffee shop etc. It is also easy to catch motorcycle or taxi around this area. "Very good staff"

"Very comfortable stay, amazing staff and good location. Odd layout for the bathroom and toilet and could use some modernisation but honestly no real issues and still useable. Breakfast was a little bland but kids really enjoyed the extra activities. One of the nights the hotel had provided games consoles which the family really enjoyed"

"Ok good location but staff is just average, had a bad experience with wrong booking"

"Great place to stay in Jakarta! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel has a spa, gym, and restaurant, which makes everything very convenient. There is also a great restaurant right next door, which was one of the best I found during my trip. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay."
