"It was overall an okay stay, there was a mouldy smell in the corridors and the bedding linen. They were also out of soap, when I asked they said I could use the shower gel instead. Otherwise, the check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff members seemed friendly in person. Though the hotel in the pictures is the one near the city centre and this one was in Nilai. "

"The bedroom sheets had stains and bed was dirty it appeared nothing was clean. The place is outdated however that didn’t bother us it was mainly the cleanliness. Hotel use physical key. The staff did give another room however it was dirty as well. The hotel only wanted to refund 10% for us being there 10 minutes. We ended up booking somewhere else and also contacted Expedia who didn’t help that much "
