"This is not so very common in me since I am in the hotel business however after five wonderful days we decided to spend our last night at the roof bar, we were seated however the host came at us and literally fought us, we had to let him now that we were seated by other staff member. Really ???"
"Lot of activity going on in the street and construction in the area. It was also UNGA week so lots of security traffic. Congestion (more then usual) to be expected I guess."

"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen.
The hotel is located at the best location and all services are excellent. Concierge service helped us dealing with Airport Limousine driver who is also excellent.

"The room and staff here are amazing! We had the best room with an amazing view that close to everything. One day the shower was leaking and we told the staff as we left for the day and it was completely fixed like new by the time we returned. I love New York and would definitely stay here again. "
