"No temp control in room. Not the usual amenities of a higher priced hotel. Room had no window to look out of. Depressing and they told me we had been upgraded Over 500.00 a night. Not appropriate pricing Location is excellent but still…"

"Staff were delightful"

"Amazing stay. Will never stay anywhere else! Very centrally located to experience all New York has to offer"

"Direkt am Times Square (M&M Store als Orientierung), superviele Undergrounds um einen herum, 10 Min. zum Central Park zu Fuß, 3 Minuten zum Rockefeller Center./5th Avenue. Das 2-Queen-Bett-Zimmer für Familie mit 2 Teenager-Mödchen war bißchen eng, wenn jeder ein Koffer dabei hat. Das Bad komplett ohne Haken/Aufhängmöglichkeiten für Handtücher, das war schon seltsam. Ansonsten sehr sauber. Bequeme Betten, sehr freundliches Personal, unbedingt Frühstück mitbuchen! Es ist im Verhältnis sehr...

"Used to be my favorite place to stay. Almost seems as though once Marriott got involved it has lost its charm. warmth of staff is gone, rooms take forever to be cleaned. Workman pounding outside windows before 6 a.m. When they were new there was a lot of attention to detail. Not any more."

"The location was great. Good size room for NYC. It was quiet. Has a cute bar. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location just a block from Central Park and within easy reach of the subway. Lovely touch from the staff for our anniversary, thank you! Room was fab, bed comfy, shower hot and powerful and lots of water and coffee provided! We loved it and would recommend"

"Hotel was clean, staff friendly. We stayed 7 nights. Unfortunately construction was going on right outside my window . Had I known this I would have not picked this hotel. I feel like they should have made this aware for the price I paid to stay. I did request to change rooms they moved me to a higher floor in another room that was located right by some sort of maintenance room that had loud noises all night long probably even worse than the construction. Basically I didn't sleep for seven...

"Loved my stay here and would stay again!!!"

"Great choice for 5th Avenue. The location is great for shopping. The hotel room is comfort with a warm atmosphere."

"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen. The hotel is located at the best location and all services are excellent. Concierge service helped us dealing with Airport Limousine driver who is also excellent. We will be delighted to stay at...

"Good"

"The location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. However the room had no window and was very dark and claustrophobic as a result. Breakfast was ok but there was not a big choice, I had a croissant on day 1 but by day 2 they had run out of croissants so the choice was even less. There were no bedside tables as not enough room, and no glasses for drinking in the room, just plastic cups in the bathroom. Room service was very slow and eventually arrived in a take away container in a...
