Well presented hotel with home comforts and the cleanliness was excellent .We arrived and was welcomed by the hosts with a friendly approach .As it was our first get away and we were slighlty nervous(covid cleanliness)The standard was over and above throughout the whole hotel .Breakfast was fresh and cooked in view (covid restrictions. )I would highly recommend the hotel amd certainly be going back in the near future .

Excellent base for exploring Brighton

We had a lovely stay at the Marina House Hotel as part of a 2 week staycation along the South coast. Very clean, great breakfast, and well organised given the current unfortunate situation with coronavirus. It all felt as normal as it could! The hosts were extremely helpful and nothing was too much bother.

Lovely hotel a short walk away from Brighton pier. The room was perfect, great amount of space and very comfortable bed. Really appreciated all the small touches for extra cleanliness and covid safety. A pack with masks, hand sanitiser etc were provided at check in and even the tv remote in the room had its own protective covering. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

A little gem at a great price! Booked a last minute trip to Brighton and this was one of the cheapest hotels available and looked nice. It was even better than expected. The woman at check in was really friendly, warm and welcoming. A lovelymsanitiser pack was provided with masks, tissues etc. The hotel was immaculately clean and newly refurbished. Stylish and elegant! Also surprisingly quiet for Brighton as on a quiet side street. The only area which I’d suggest could be improved is the quality of the mattress. Was fairly soft and springy (I personally prefer a hard bed), but we still slept well. All in all a lovely little hotel which pleased in every way. Would definitely, happily, stay here again!!

Amazing

Cannot fault our stay, everything was wonderful. Felt completely comfortable, the whole hotel is immaculately clean and we were greeted with a lovely goody bag which even had hand sanitizer and face masks. Location is brilliant, 5 mins from the seafront. Unfortunately most of the furnishings / decorations in the room have had to me removed temporarily but we will definitely be back to get the full experience!! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff here were so lovely, and served an incredible, customisable breakfast in the morning too. The location was super convenient, so many cool bars and pubs within a short walking distance (and Barbara was able to offer great recommendations for a future visit too).

Lovely, lovely overnight stay!

Stayed one night as we were in town to see a band. All the communication from Barbara and John was fantastic, including really good directions and info on parking etc. The welcome could not have been warmer or more helpful. We were in a lovely room right at the top of the hotel - certainly not for the unfit but we certainly felt that we had earned the amazing breakfast that awaited us the next morning. Continental options, a coffee machine that produced a very decent cup of coffee and a cooked breakfast made to order. Not the comfiest bed I have ever slept in but that certainly wouldn’t stop from visiting again or from recommending Marina House to anyone who will listen. Oh and the location is brilliant - right in the heart of Kemptown and a short walk to the city centre.

Overnight couples stay at quaint B&B

Great stay at Brighton Marina B&B, the hosts are very welcoming and really make it a homely stay. Breakfast was beautiful with self service continental and made to order cooked breakfast (definitely a highlight!!) Only minor point was that the bad did sink slightly in the middle due to the bed being two doubles put together, it was still a comfortable sleep but it was noticed by both me and my girlfriend.

Barbara and Jon are excellent hosts and take great care to make sure every guests experience is top notch. The location is perfect and within walking distance to everything you might want to visit or within easy access to bus or train. Their guest house is beautifully decorated and maintained.
