"This property has so much potential if only it was run well. New building all the right parts. Run poorly. Examples: no hangers in closet until requested, phone had flashing message and over 5 day stay no one could figure out how to get the message, coffee cup lids didn't fit cups and yet they were left out to fluster customers (I suggested 3 days in a row to remove lids until the correct ones could be attained), no 1/2&1/2 after day 1 & I was told each day it will be here tomorrow, no regular milk day 5, breakfast was poor and sometimes just cold. Sisters room was not even cleaned on one day. This could be an excellent place to stay with some attention to detail. "

"The staff was great and they helped us the best they could. The hotel itself needed some repairs. There was damage in the dining room and in our hotel room and the faucets weren’t working well. Our room had so much moisture in the floor that you felt very sticky. Seemed that maybe at some point the air conditioner or a pipe in the bathroom leaked all under the carpet and was never properly handled. Finally the lounge chair in our room had a potentially biological residue all over it. Again the staff was great and the food was good but the room and condition of the hotel was less than par. "

"It was a nice quiet, clean hotel that is centrally located in the middle of the city. You also have great access to different restaurants and shopping locations."

"I love how welcoming the room felt, the room was cooled to a comfortable temperature, everything felt very clean and taken care of, and my favorite was the ceiling fan for the white noise and circulating air. The staff was very approachable and the breakfast was fresh and neatly displayed."

"We had a pleasant stay, the area was great and in a great location. Was a little annoyed because the control panel for the AC was not working probably so during the day it was too warm and at night too cold. Two of the lamps did not work and was disgusted because we had opened the sofa sleeper and the mattress had black stains and a lot of junk. Either than that everything else was good."
