Absolutely horrible place. Checked in and within 5 minutes of being in the room there were roaches on the bed, walls, and nightstands. I checked out immediately with my babies and the property manager will not answer Expedia phone calls for my refund. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY from this property.

I checked in and immediately the desk clerk said we don’t have a tv for ur room and ur room is on 4th floor like wow.oh and btw elevator is not working smh. They found me a room after a brief intense moment .Then I get on room on 2nd floor and bathroom basically smelled like a strong urine odor . The website for this is totally fake advertisement and completely false from real property. Very misleading.im disappointed

This is by far the most disgusting hotel I've experienced. I had to pack up my family and leave after an already long day. Mold on the bed liners, sink didn't drain, toilets don't flush, toilets not even installed correctly. Bugs everywhere. Don't lift up the mattress!! Stairwells smelled like piss, heavy pot smoking near entrances. Disgusting to walk around anywhere as the outside of rooms has weird green sticky puddles. The staff on duty that night lied about checking us out and the hotel had us still checked in!! Total nightmare I didn't want to deal with on vacation. 0/10 if I could.

The floor, bedding and furniture was wet but since we were tired and just wanted to sleep in one night, we stuck it through. We countered the humidity but turning on the AC but still felt gross. La habitación limpia, amplia y tranquila, con calefacción y aire acondicionado, no hay secadora en el cuarto, tuvimos que ir de nuevo a recepción a pedirla y es incómodo por que son de las habitaciones que para llegar a ellas, tienes que ir por fuera. Lo que no me gustó fue que los pasillos están sucios y manchados como si tuvieran mucho tiempo sin barrer y limpiar, no hay elevadores y para una familia con niños pequeños que llevábamos muchas maletas fue difícil subir hasta el tercer piso. El almuerzo es de 6am a 9am, nosotros bajamos a las 7:30am y ya no había casi nada por que había personas que se llevaban a su habitación montañas de comida por lo que era un descontrol y el desabasto, sucio y tirado, terminamos comiendo solo una avena con leche, pero sorprendidos de ver esa escena. Mi recomendación es que no permitan que las personas suban la comida a sus cuartos, que bajen y coman ahí mismo y así probablemente todos alcancemos; así como también que asignen a un personal para que esté en el comedor supervisando la limpieza y que no se acabe la comida o que no se lleven de más las personas.

The facility was not clean and looked run down. Nothing like the picture. I paid for a king suite and got a double queen. Ants in first room and 2nd room alot of condensation due to air conditioning being on. Just horrible and i would not recommend nor will i stay here ever again.
