This property was horrible. We have stayed at different hotels in CC since my son goes to college there and we visit often. When we arrived we were told that the pool wasnt working. We get in the room and the RR was just pain horrible dirty looking. The hanging towel holder was broken, the door didn't lock, the shampoo, body wash and the hand wash dispensers were all empty. The pillow cases were dirty and there was a spider on one of the beds. The AC was leaking. It was just bad all around. The staff was nice and helpful.

DONT STAY HERE! Took over an hour to check in. Then they did not have the queen beds that we reserved gave us a double bed room.zThere was no shower curtain and only 1 towl. The soap provided were empty.a fly trap hanging in the middle of the room and their pool was out of commission

The only towel rack was separated from the wall on one side. There was a dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower. The garbage disposal didn't work & sink drained slowly. Dishwasher had a horrible smell inside.

If I could give them 0 stars I would our room had mold all over the restroom ceiling and I hadn’t even had noticed till the evening I was in that room with my 6 month old that was the worst part this was by far the most worst experience I’ve ever had I will never ever again be staying at this hotel. I showed them the picture and weren’t even surprised.

Room was scorching hot. Microwave didnt work. Asked for a replacement or to be fix but never showed up to repair it. Had to warm food up at gas stations. Tub filled with rust. Leak in ceiling where my clothes got soaked. Someone came into my room and turned off the ac unit. Room temp was 89°. Only one washer and dryer worked.

I stayed there almost two weeks ago. We were charged twice for our weekend stay and I have tried to make contact with the hotel via phone and email and the problem is still not solved. I'm very disappointed and I want my money back

The sink fixture was loose, and the sink water pressure was not good at all. The shower water pressure was a little bit better than a lot of other places, but still not great. Those are pretty much my only negatives. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable. Over all a good stay.

This property is being refurbished as we speak. As with so many hotels these days, they are ripping out the carpet and replacing with vinyl "wood" planks. I prefer the carpet. Nevertheless, this property is very convenient, clean, quiet on the back side, good ac, hot water, good tv, friendly staff, comfortable mattress.
