"Staff very helpful and room was very clean."

"The room was tiny. The bathroom was so tiny the door closed on the toilet as well as the shower room door. The beds were like water beds no support at all. I asked for a fan for the room and was no we don’t have any. When i asked for extra pillows i met with a sigh and told if i can find some i will get you some. The breakfast was all overcooked. I did ask if they had a room with different beds and was told all the beds are the same. On day 3 we had had no sleep and made the decision to go...

Food was cold and less than average quality, staff were too busy doing stuff to be able to focus on the customers. The wi-fi was non-existent not helped by poor mobile signal. Hotel foods are very nice also the staff’s are fantastic and very helpful. They can improve cleaning in parking area and external stairs and inside corridors. "Convenient location on the main street in Burntisland. Around 5-6 minute walk from the train station. The train into the Edinburgh Waverly Station, center Edinburgh, departs every 20-25, minutes and takes around 30 minutes into Edinburgh. My room was large, with a large screen TV, Hot water kettle. No mini fridge. No elevator. My room faced the backyard so it was quiet. The window opened a little to let in fresh air."
