The hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood safe clean room was beautiful and clean the walls are quite thin I could hear the people above me like they were in my room and I didn’t have any heat and was quite cold when i woke I opened the curtains to discover the window was open I couldn’t tell that when I closed the curtains I tried to close the window and it absolutely would not close. Out side of the coldness it was a great hotel

Loved the patio door in our room leading to the garden outside. Havent had this before and thought it was just lovely. I had my dog with me and he enjoyed being able to go in and out . Hotel room was spacious and staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely book again!

Always a favourite hotel for visiting Knockhill race circuit. Rooms was very clean and tidy, except for a huge spider in the bathroom, which I frightened the cleaner with lol. Pool and hot tub always a pleasure to use. Evening meal battered Haddock was delicious However, while very tasty breakfast was on the cool side. Back in June can't wait.

A bus tour hotspot! Numerous bus trips stop off here making it problematic for a solo traveller. I was unable to get a suitable dinner reservation due to large parties eating. Frustrating that I wasn’t told this before hand. At breakfast, the buffet was well picked over, even at 7:30am. A little disappointed.

Paid for two superior rooms at a price that was relatively high considering the location (i pay less to stay in cities and this was a village) but was very disappointed to find no breakfast included in the price. Staff were nice. The room had some black mould on one wall by the door, otherwise clean but no remote control for the tv - so couldnt use it at all. Bed was comfy, but felt a little short changed still.

Friendly staff and good amenities. The decor in the room is a bit out of date and could do with some modernisation - a fridge would also be handy - but if you're like us and just looking for a pleasant hotel that's not too expensive and just want to rest your head for a few days, then it's perfect.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was tucked away in a quiet, very green area with a lovely view of the gardens and trees. We had our windows open to hear the birds all evening. I thought the style of the building was beautiful. Our room had lots of original features and the bathroom was really lovely. I have to say I was impressed with this stay. I’m not sure what I was expecting but it surpassed whatever that was. Easy to park, large comfortable and clean room and very pleasant staff. We didn’t get to use the facilities sadly as we had an appointment to attend but I went over to look around and they looked really inviting. I would definitely return if back up that way in future.
