The décor throughout was charming and beautifully suited to the historic character of the building—it felt like stepping back in time, but with every modern comfort. The staff were the true stars—warm, accommodating, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made us feel welcome and well taken care of, making the whole experience even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort with a touch of history!

Another great stay at this wonderful and peaceful hotel. Beware of the dog (charge) - it’s expensive at £25 per pet per night. Otherwise one of our very favourite places to come and relax!
