"There was an issue with my original room, nothing major. I was happy for it to be rectified but the check in staff immediately moved me to better room. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was very good, both dinner and breakfast. Would stay here again. "

"Loved our stay here, we requested robes when we arrived and had a really nice chilled stay. Gorgeous separate bathroom with free standing bath and comfy bed. Could cast your own TV. We had room service and the food (and wine) was delicious. The bar was also cosy. Only downsides were our room was next to the lift so we heard a fair bit of coming and going both in the corridor and from the road outside. It was also pretty warm and the curtain in the bathroom section did not fully keep the...

"The hotel has fabulous Christmas decorations that make it feel even cosier and more inviting. The staff were really friendly, professional & welcoming. The room was a good size and clean and well presented, as was the bathroom. The bar area was relaxed and had a nice atmosphere. Only one issue during the visit. The breakfast sandwiches were in stotties that seemed a bit stale. We didn’t feed this back at the time, which I now realise was unfair. Apologies."
