"We loved everything about this hotel. Wonderful hotel staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Every morning we had breakfast on our balcony looking over the beautiful caldera. It was amazing to see the beautiful sunset from our own balcony too! We loved the private and intimate atmosphere of this hotel.

"This is the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. First of all, our hotel guide Vivian was amazing. She organised everything and anything we needed very quickly. In addition we were able to keep the room nice and cool in our cave room with the air conditioning and had plenty of space for everything, form a nice spacious bedroom, to kitchen, living room, bathroom and vanity area.
