Disliked: Communication

Experiencia horrible

Despues de llevar 2 dias hablando con los gestores de la villa (dragons group) a la hora de hacer el cheking la villa estaba cerrada. No hay recepción 24h y nadie contestaba al telefono. Habíamos acordado que las llaves estarian en la puerta y no fue asi. La puerta estaba cerrada y nos dejaron en la calle a la 01h de la madrugada al no responder, contactamos a un agente de Hotels.com que gestionó un cambio de reserva a otro alojamiento en la misma ciudad, al que accedimos a las 03h de la madrugada. La experiencia con villa katerina ha sido horrible, eso sí, sólo trataban de venderte un transfer del aeropuerto a la villa y otraa experiencias.
