The owner, the girl managing the front desk, told us everything we need to know, where to eat, where to shop, what activities are good, where to park, and more. She booked a volcano tour for us, we loved it. She arranged an airport-to-port transfer for us, basically, if you ask, she knows it and will help you. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I will recommend this accommodation to everyone in a heartbeat."

"We loved everything about this hotel. Wonderful hotel staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Every morning we had breakfast on our balcony looking over the beautiful caldera. It was amazing to see the beautiful sunset from our own balcony too! We loved the private and intimate atmosphere of this hotel.
We would definitely stay at this hotel next time we visit Santorini.

"The property is very safe and it’s close to everything. They have cars Motorbike to rent or van for more people in the group they do cater fo personal tour with a small fee. La camera è spaziosa confortevole e pulitissima, lo staff impeccabile per gentilezza e discrezione.
In camera c'è il bollitore, la macchinetta del caffè (Nesprrsso) una piastra per grigliate/tostare e tutto il necessario, cialde, tea, zucchero oltre ad un ricco cestino di benvenuto.
Il mare, gli stabilimenti sono a 100 metri dalla struttura, se ci si vuole spostare a piedi in meno...
"The property is clean, located walkable distance to black beach in Perissa, do grocery and restaurants. The pool size is good and the pool is clean. The owners are nice and respond hast to messages. Drinks can be purchased at the hotel and enjoyed on the terrace."
