"The view from our room was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful with great restaurant recommendations. We rented a car and had no difficulty parking in the few spots available. Our only complaint was that the property is located at the top of the only access road from the cruise ship tender port, so there was a lot of bus traffic, particularly in late afternoon. "Petit Palace is the best place for our honeymoon trip. The hotel near Fira Downtown 15-20 mins for walking or get shutter bus service only 5 mins. "We had a fantastic 5 night stay, fabulous lady checked us in in the afternoon and was so helpful with our itinerary and organising a rental car and taxis when we needed. Breakfast was beautiful and the pool area immaculate and peaceful. Bean bags a great addition to the loungers. We loved being a small distance out of Fira town, supermarket close buy. "We loved everything about this hotel. Wonderful hotel staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Every morning we had breakfast on our balcony looking over the beautiful caldera. It was amazing to see the beautiful sunset from our own balcony too! We loved the private and intimate atmosphere of this hotel. We would definitely stay at this hotel next time we visit Santorini. "This is the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. First of all, our hotel guide Vivian was amazing. She organised everything and anything we needed very quickly. In addition we were able to keep the room nice and cool in our cave room with the air conditioning and had plenty of space for everything, form a nice spacious bedroom, to kitchen, living room, bathroom and vanity area. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a quieter luxury place outside of Fira and Oia,"
