"Very clean hotel but the staff are rude and ignore you when you ask them questions. Some were helpful but the majority just ignore you. You can’t use the hot tubs unless you have a reservation but the reservations were all taken for our entire stay. The hot tubs were empty every time we walked by them though…. They asked us for our pool towel tickets even thought the pool staff kept them so they said we had to go to our rooms and get the towels for them before we could check out. This hotel has a lot of weird rules that make no sense. You also can’t leave the property without showing security you paid for everything. They also have signs saying you can’t bring in any outside food or drinks….. dinner buffet was decent at least."

"Here’s the deal: the room itself was spotless, and the hotel was definitely clean overall. Breakfast? Delicious. Plus, if you’re heading to the Iguaçu Falls, the location is on point. The standout moment was the first staff member who helped us—early check-in, no hassle. But after that? The rest of the staff dropped the ball. Wrong info more than once, promises to deliver things to the room that never showed up, and when we went in person, they were pretty unhelpful. So, yeah, that was a mess. In the end, though, outside of those staff blunders, it was a good stay."

"O lugar é bem limpo, a equipe de trabalho excelente,prestativos,simpáticos. Vi que está passando por reformas, acredito que precise pq tem alguns reparos pra fazer. Mas recomendo ,ótimo café da manhã, excelente localização."

"Good service and good stuffs"

"The lobby, restaurants, pools, and water park are excelent. However, the guest room had many issues. Bathroom: No where to place soap in shower so have to hold in your hand or drop to the floor. They put no cup or glass to hold toothbrushes. When we arrived there was no shampoo and had to wait for them to bring some. They offer a coffee machine that is not plugged in and does not even have an electric outlet nearby. There is no coffee, cream or sugar in the room or even a coffee mug or cup to put it in. Since all the electrical outlets only offer the brazilian plugs, we had to buy adapters for all our equipment. "

"The hotel was OK. We were on the bottom floor which was a bit noisy from the people above. Walking distance to a modern shopping centre with dinning options. I was a bit worried but safety but it felt very safe in the area."
