A acomodação (quarto família) é muito boa e áreas comuns amplas e agradáveis. O atendimento (sobretudo no restaurante) foi lamentável durante todos os dias da estadia, o que reportei oportunamente à supervisão. Era assustador o despreparo dos funcionários. As máquinas de venda (2) estavam com problema, não permitindo compras no período noturno, quando a lojinha já estava fechada.

As piscinas e o café da manhã são excelentes. Avalio como 4 estrelas por causa do sofá cama dos quartos. Muito descontáveis, forma um buraco entre as almofadas que dói muito as costas. Sugiro trocar (sofá cama com molas) ou realmente trocar por camas
