"This location is not the greatest… it is decently far from the nearest train station and uber drivers often got confused where to pick up and drop off. The barn door on the bathroom was falling off the hinges. Shower was incredible and the soaps smelled amazing. Funny smell in the room that lingered. The lack of amenities was what we were most surprised about.. for the money, this did not feel like a luxury hotel as advertised. It is quite dated and therefore, misleading. Walls are also paper...

"The hotel is clean, spacious, and conveniently located near Faneuil Hall. We stayed here mainly because of the location, as my son was attending an accepted candidates event hosted by United States Military Academy. The breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only downside was the parking situation — valet parking is required, and retrieving your vehicle can take about 30 minutes, especially during busy check-in and checkout times. "The hotel is superbly located near Boston Common making it a good home base for a visit to all major attractions in Boston. The check-in is fast; the room is good and clean; however, I wish the bed to be a little firmer. Overall, we have had a very good stay."

"Wasn’t impressed with the staff, the room had issues, toilet was loose from the floor, toilet seat very loose, the refrigerator top was busted exposing the electronics and the blinds were very fuzzy with dust. The only good thing was it was right near the Freedom Trail and other places we wanted to see, other than that I wouldn’t recommend staying there."
