"Absolutely shocked to arrive and discover that for almost 400 per night there was no bathroom in the hotel room and that I had to use a common bathroom. Maybe my bad for not noticing but it would never ever occur to me that this was even a possibility. The room was literally a small area and a king mattress on a platform. Had to be maybe a 12x9 foot room. Crazy "
"One complaint..the room was too cold for the timevof year. You couldn't turn the heat..apparently, Boston had an unexpected heatwave in April so the hotel turned thr a/c on ahead of schedule and can't turn the heat back on until the fall! NOT GOOD!

"We spent a night there while waiting on an 11 hour layover for our connecting flight. The rooms were pricey but well worth it because we didn’t have to sleep in the terminal with our heads on our suitcase! Very nice hotel!"

"The hotel staff provided excellent service. I forgot a shirt in the room when I checked out, and the manager notified me via email to request to have it sent to my home. The location is perfect. Easy to walk to Boston Commons, Boston Gardens, subway station, and historic sites. Will return to this hotel during my next visit to Boston."
"Annalisa was excellent and helpful. The biggest negative about this place is the reliance on Nescafe pods. Very little coffee and even fewer choices. The room is relatively small with the sink outside of the bathroom. However, the hotel is close to Chinatown. Staff were excellent."
