Fresh updates / friendly staff/ lively hotel ambience ...we have always loved this hotel/ location and ease of stay ... always ready to make your experience better ! However, the new lobby and open floor plan layout of the restaurant are real bonuses, not to mention the delicious new menu and shiny revamped rooms and hallways . Very happy with the new look !!!

The hotel is walking distance from the Prudential Center and Northeastern University, which we were visiting on this trip. The hotel happen to be under construction so there was some noise in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they had tea and coffee throughout the day like most hotels, but they only had water. I was also a little surprised that even though we had a room with 2 beds, they only gave 3 towels (instead of 2 each). Overall, our stay was great.

The hotel is in a perfect location. If you want to ride a multi stop tour bus there just so happens to be a pickup right outside the hotel. Just across the street is the Sheraton that is linked to the Prudential Center upscale mall that also connects to another hotel. We also were in walking distance the the historical FENWAY PARK to catch a baseball game. You are safely walking to and from the game with a large amount of people. The Hilton accommodations were excellent as we got there a little before check in but the check in person got us in a room that was actually an upgrade almost immediately. The room was very clean and the King sized bed was extremely comfortable. There was a desk area in our room if you had to do some work They offered a $10 discount on full service breakfast each morning up til 11am There was a bar area to enjoy a drink We had a corner room that was very quiet. Didn't hear any exterior noises. Nice size TV with streaming capabilities I would highly recommend the Hilton for anyone looking to enjoy the city of Boston We would definitely stay there again upon our return

The hotel is under the construction so it is quite inconvenient. The elevator is quite slow. The fridge was unplugged and there is no clean ambient spaces for the lobby area. The room is quite new and clean.

Excellent hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and loved the large closet--gave is extra space since we could store luggage in it. Very convenient location. We took advantage of walking through the Prudential mall to stay warm while being outside. We will definitely stay again.

Terrific room, we always appreciate a second chair/sofa and still spacious. The property is undergoing renovations which made bar/evening dining unavailable and weekdays noisy, but the staff made extra efforts to accommodate all we needed. easy walk to back bay amenities and the T.
