Everything about our stay at the Fairmont in back Bay was outstanding! The service was top level and every aspect of our stay was superb! Would completely 100% recommend us to anyone and definitely will be back to stay again! Thank you to all who made our stay great!

Fairmont is an established name in Boston for quality Lodging and Food. The staff did a great job taking care of our needs and making our stay a wonderful experience. I would give a big shout out to Ravroop who went above and beyond to insure that our stay was perfect.

We came to drop our daughter off at college. Staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating of all our luggage and bags. Genuinely so kind and helpful. Beautiful historic hotel and wonderful area of Boston. Restaurant in hotel has delicious food and wonderful staff. We plan to stay here again soon:)
