Great location near plenty of restaurants/bars and stores. Room overlooked the Boston Marathon finish line. There is only one parking spot available for check in and parking is down a few blocks at a parking garage for $35 per day. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Fantastic location surrounded by great restaurants. The on-site café offers excellent food and drinks to start your day, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. A solid choice if you’re looking to stay in Back Bay at a reasonable price.

A pleasant hotel in the heart of Back Bay near shops and restaurants. They were very helpful with parking (a discount at a local garage) and the room was clean and nicely laid out.
I liked that it was small, so there wasn't a lot of traffic. I really liked being able to stop in the lobby for some coffee and a croissant before going on about our day. We also were able to have a few cocktails in the evening before heading out to a ball game.
Great central location! Quiet, clean, great staff and convenient indoor parking nearby. Have been staying there yearly for past 2 years. Will make it 3 next year.

Great location just across from the T. One block from Newbury street.
Mi estancia fue muy buena. La habitación no es muy grande pero cumple con lo necesario. Esta muy bien ubicado, justo en la esquina hay una estacion de metro.
Our stay was perfect. The staff was warm and friendly, and very helpful. The centralized location was great for walkability, even to the ballpark. The only real issue was that the smallish size of the room made it difficult to keep the thermostat where we wanted it. And it was definitely a little hot in the room. Overall amazing though!
I had the worst experience in this hotel 1st : it’s says it’s a 4star hotel but actually it’s only 3 plus I would not even give it a 3 , 2nd I called and requested water and they told me to come and get it myself there was no room service in this “4star hotel” shocking , our room was located in the back of the restaurant in the first floor by the emergency exist and a random bathroom “Koby bathroom” the room was tiny, the bed was so tiny maybe a kid can fit in differently not two grown adult
When I requested a different room I was told it was sold out and they could not change my room I booked a room for two and the bed were so tiny that it is not possible to fit two people in there , when I spoke to the staff I was told nothing we can do about it
When I book a room for two people I expect the room to fit two people , when I spoke to Expedia regarding the issue I was told there is nothing they can do because I booked a non refundable which makes no sense is only in case of cancellation made which no sense
So basically I had the worst experience in this hotel and I dread going to the hotel after a long day of exploring the city
I will give it a zero rating but I did one because that’s the least you can give. Will not recommend anyone to go
