"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and property was clean. I was visiting Panama to celebrate my birthday, and the staff was kind enough to leave a cake and note in the room for me. The property is also in a good location, close enough to walk around casco. Would definitely recommend, and I would stay there again if I come back to Panama City."

"Very dpacious, good to have kitchen and different coffees and milk to start the morning. The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests. Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc. Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber."

"This property is nice and maintained, but they had no hand towels or wash rags available. I spent 3 of 5 days without wash rags. I had to use a hand towel. The towels were gray and dingy they did not have enough for the hotel . They didn’t have any extra in the linen closet how very disappointing. It is very warm and humid in Panama. The least someone would expect would be able to do is bath once probably twice a day but with no rags from a four star hotel. Well that’s unacceptable!"

"If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. "

My only complaint when I entered the room for the first time, I noticed that someone did a number two in the toilet bowel and it was either not cleaned well or someone used the toilet of my room when they should not have done so. "This hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is very small and in a strange spot so not that enticing to use. The gym is very well equipped and spacious; but it was under construction partway through our visit which we did not know about ahead of time.
