Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. "The hotel was lovely nice big room with balcony looking over the golf course. L shaped sofa in seating area, tea/coffee facilities with digestive biscuits, two comfy chairs and two chairs on balcony with table. Lovely breakfast. Bar was nice with plenty of comfortable seating. Lovely bed and there was a floor standing fan very welcome in this hot weather. Bathroom was spacious with walkin shower. If went to the area would definitely stay again."

"The staff at the front desk was so nice and so friendly! Breakfast is included and it was pretty good compared to other Hilton’s. They also have 24 seven service at the front desk They have things like pizza wings sodas. They were nice enough to refill our water bottles for us and always gave us the ice we asked for."

"We had a really nice relaxing break. In fact to point that i may book every few months to get a break. Could do with a few more staff in the bar, but the breakfast was excellent. Room a good size and very comfortable. The evening restaurant food was very good as well and service excellent. Check in was quick and simple. The hotel offered everything we needed. It was a very hot weekend so air con in rooms would have been good. But the air con in the bar and restaurant was perfect. "
