"If I could give zero stars, I would. We traveled from the USA with a group of eight guests. Our booking clearly stated a 2-bedroom suite with four queen beds. However, when we arrived, each bedroom had only one queen bed and there was a futon in the living area. That is not what we reserved. Each room had only one comforter and two towels. I had to call the front desk and argue just to get four additional towels so everyone could have one, along with extra sheets and a comforter for the futon....

"Hotels.com suggested that I saved over $200 USD on this booking of a two night stay. I was shocked upon arrival. There was hair on the bathroom sink and on my bed. The breakfast buffet was really awful. The walls were worn and damaged. I am not picky but would never have booked this if not misled by Hotels.com assertion of its worth."
